One-off indiviudual Therapy or Supervision sessions with experienced, international, therapy bodyworker, Julianne Appel Opper. On Tues & Wed 12th & 13th Nov. These can be booked by emailing  Julianne.ao@web.de. We are delighted when Julianne, who used to work at the Centre but moved back to Germany, returns to offer one off embodied sessions and workshops, in between running sought after workshops right across Europe and Scandinavia. These are particularly useful for therapists who want to have a first-hand experience of an embodied session. Do you do it with a smile, a business-like hand shake or something rather warmer like a hug?  Counsellors don't always get it rightThese questions unexpectedly tested my psyche on an initial meeting with fellow therapists.  I felt I could probably gauge an appropriate way to meet up, but while I wanted to avoid being too stereotypical I did get in a mess.
