    Experience: I have previously had experience of working in a variety of environments including armed forces, childcare, office and retail environments in various roles. As well as providing coaching in the workplace and with young people in schools, I have worked as a counsellor in a GP surgery and currently in a centre working with young people alongside running my own private practice. I work with many issues including: Abuse, Addiction(s), Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Child related issues, Depression, General counselling, Health related issues, Life Coaching, Loss, Personal Development, Redundancy, Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress, Women’s Issues, Work related issues.     Qualifications: NCFE Level 3 Counselling, Advanced Diploma in therapeutic Counselling, Couples Counselling, Cruse Awareness of Bereavement Course, Cruse Group Facilitation Course, Coaching for Development - Advanced, Coaching-Train the Trainer. Workshops: Transactional Analysis, Gestalt therapy, Self Harm and eating disorders, Mindfulness. I hold an enhanced DBS check (2013)
