Other Info: My approach is to offer a supportive space where I listen to what you bring, and together we explore possibilities of moving forward in new ways. As a Gestalt therapist, I view every individual as the best expert on themselves, and as having the capacity to live a satisfying life in rewarding contact with others. Sometimes this natural state gets interrupted and we become stuck in fixed patterns. My aim is to bring these patterns into awareness and to explore creative ways of addressing the problems you are facing.
