    Gina Neale

    Gina offers one to one short-term counselling and open-ended counselling/psychotherapy. She is an experienced BACP accredited counsellor and a qualified psychotherapist.

  • Experience: Gina has worked at the Centre in private practice for fifteen years, and has also worked in various organisations including a GP surgery, a Sixth Form College, a Centre for Young People, a number of Employee Assistance Programmes, and a Project for Young Carers.

    Qualifications: MSc Integrative Psychotherapy (2019), BACP Accreditation (2010), Diploma in Counselling (2006), Cruse Understanding Bereavement (2004), Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling (2002), Certificate in Counselling Skills (2001). Additional workshops undertaken in: bereavement; use of sand-trays; shame; living with bipolar disorder; domestic abuse; vicarious trauma; eating disorders; drug and alcohol addiction; running therapeutic groups; autism and mental health; creativity; and living with psychosis.

    Professional Memberships: Accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Advanced trainee membership of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) currently awaiting approval of her UKCP registration.

    Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

    Fees: £45 (some concessionary places available)
