Exploring Models of Integration

23rd June 09:30-17:30 (7 hours CPD)

Developing a model of integration can be complicated, training providers hold different perspectives on what constitutes integrative therapy and some of us feel more or less equipped than others in our understanding of integration.
This workshop will offer a combination of theoretical and experiential learning.  The focus will be on unpacking the various definitions of integration in counselling/psychotherapy, with particular focus on theoretical integration and personality integration.  The aim will be to help you explore your philosophical stance as practitioners and the philosophical position of different psychological theories to support you in creating a cohesive synthesis of theories that blend well together and are in alignment with your philosophical view point.
